Rules and Standing Orders
All of OUCA's activities take place within the framework of our Constitution, which sets out the rules for elections, governance, disciplinary proceedings, and all other important areas. All members agree to abide by our Rules and Standing Orders upon joining the Association.
The Constitution may be viewed here (correct at time of publication, 18th December 2024) or by requesting an up-to-date copy from the Returning Officer.
The Constitution may be amended with the consent of Council as outlined under Rule 2(11).

The activities of the Association will at all times be conducted in accordance with the following University policies and Codes of Practice in force from time to time: Integrated Equality and Diversity Policy, Code of Practice on Harassment and Bullying, and Code of Practice on Freedom of Expression.
